Description: The present General Administrative Bases shall apply in the process of calling on public proposal of the bidding called "Service of preventive and clinical maintenance and clinical fencers of the Psychiatric Hospital of the Savior de Valparaíso" .se will understand by preventive maintenance service, the service aimed at providing mechanical, electronic or other damage; according to the routine of revisions indicated and in the respective factory manuals.
