Description:
In accordance with the Public Purchase Law No19.886, the Gabriel Gonzalez Videla Municipal Corporation calls for offers for public tender called "Maintenance and Emergency Care Service in educational establishments of the Gabriel Gonzalez Municipal CorporationVidela de la Serena ", whose purpose is to meet both the infrastructure needs that are planned as those that may arise in one of the educational establishments administered by the Municipal Corporation Table No1, for which a list or budget is attachedfor items that must be valued by the bidders in point 4.1.1 of the technical bases. It should be considered that during the time the contract lasts can be added, remove or modified services, as long as the budgetary framework is respected. The technical inspector of the contract, inAWAY ITC, in the case of adding services, will be in charge of verifying the relevance of this, not being able to incorporate those who are not directly related to the nature of the contract. It will also request from the supplier the respective quote, ensuring that the value of the requiredDo not be superior to the market, to finally give approved the service to be incorporated into the list. The above will be executed and regularized at the same time the incorporation of the new services.
