This acquisition is framed in compliance with Law No. 21,364, which establishes the National System of Prevention and Response to Sinapred disasters, and aligns with the principles of the Sendai framework for the Disaster risk reduction 2015 2030, guiding public investment towards anticipated risk management, with territorial, multisectoral and inclusive approach, prioritizing the protection of highly vulnerable groups, such as early childhood.
