Products or services: Elevator maintenance services The Civil Registry and Identification Service of the Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins Region, hereinafter the SERVICE, through this administrative act calls for bidding public for the contracting of the “CERTIFICATION, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE OF ELEVATORS LOCATED IN THE OFFICES OF RENGO, SAN FERNANDO AND PICHILEMU OF THE CIVIL REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION SERVICE OF THE REGION OF THE LIBERTADOR GENERAL BERNARDO O'HIGGINS". The objective of this tender is to have the certification, preventive maintenance and repair service for elevators, through the execution of scheduled monthly reviews and consequently to be able to prolong the useful life of the elevators. the same through the preventive change of components. Likewise, and in the case of failures, be able to identify and explain the reason for the abnormal operation of the equipment, indicating the actions to repair or change components, in order to ensure that the installed equipment complies with current regulations Law NO20.290 and its modifications in accordance with the NCH 440 standard. The service being tendered includes all works, jobs, materials, requirements and indications, as established in the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, of these public bidding bases.
