That, the Hospital del Salvador does not have the possibility of performing the machine rental service for electronic payments, being necessary to comply with what is required contracting of accredited institutions, in order to properly and efficiently solve the workAssistance during the year 2025; that, due to the determined amount, this tender is located in the section for hiring equal to or greater than 100 UTM and less than 1,000 UTM, in accordance with article 36 of the Regulation of Law No. 19.886; which, the institution convened to public tenderunder ID NO1057489-71-LE25, by means of Exempt NO0657 of February 13, 2025, for the provision of the machine lease service for electronic payments by transactions with credit cards of credit, debit and prepaid for the Hospital del Salvador, which was declared deserted inConformity to Exempt Resolution NO0878 dated March 11, 2025; that, made the respective consultations, the provision of the benefits of machine lease service for electronic payments for transactions with credit cards, debit and prepaid for the Hospital del SalvadorIt is not available by Marcos Agreements offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Directorate, www.mercadopublica.cl;
