The Civil Registry and Identification Service of the Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins Region, hereinafter the SERVICE, through this administrative act calls for public bidding for the contracting of the "PUBLICATION SERVICE OF EXTRACTS OF RESOLUTIONS THAT GRANT, RECTIFY OR MODIFY EFFECTIVE POSSESSIONS OF THE CIVIL REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION SERVICE OF THE REGION OF THE LIBERATOR GENERAL BERNARDO O'HIGGINS". The objective of this tender is in order to comply with the obligation indicated in Law NO19,903, the which has deemed it necessary to contract the services of publishing extracts of effective possessions, in a regional circulation newspaper on the 1st and 15th of each month or on the following business day, if these fall on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. This publication is only for one time. The Service that is tendered includes all the works, requirements and indications, as established in the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, of these public bidding rules. During the term of the contract, which corresponds to a period of 24 months, or until the consumption of the available assigned resources, whichever happens first.
