The purpose of this public tender is the hiring of a natural or legal person to carry out the execution of the civil works for the implementation of a new community garden, in the Jose Maria Escriva Park in Balaguer, in the commune of Vitacura, located as indicated: Name Location Parque Jose Maria Escriva de Balaguer In front of the Vitacentro Building, Calle Las Tranqueras Oriente NO2566, Vitacura, R.M. The above contemplates removal of existing green areas, demolitions, installation of pavements, civil works and construction, provision and installation of equipment, furniture (benches and water fountains, among others) and elements specific to work in orchards; including, among other elements, substrates, growing boxes, etc. In addition, the provision and installation of signage such as the existing one is contemplated. in Squares and Parks of the Commune, perimeter closures, plant species and the execution of the irrigation project included within the project background. All this in order to incorporate a program that shows and educates about the work processes in a garden, within a safe space, functional and quality, in accordance with what is indicated in the site plans, detail plans, technical bases and other bidding information.
