- This tender is intended to hire the works necessary for the delivery, installation and operation of the flow measurement equipment (flowers) in different SMAPA production plants, at the exit of the ponds, in order to improve the macromedition of thedistribution and comply with the SMAPA development plan. The contract considers flow meters of the electromagnetic type of insertion for drinking water and all the civil, hydraulic and electrical works necessary for the meters to be correctly implemented in the systemsexisting in each enclosure. All the above under the provisions of these administrative bases, the technical bases and all its annexes.
