Name of the tender: Document Elimination Agreement
Description: The purpose of these Special Bases and attached documentation is to regulate the procedures of: Public Tender, Opening, Evaluation, Award, Execution, Reception and Commissioning of the respective contract motive of this Tender. It is required to have an Agreement for the service of removal, transportation and destruction of obsolete documents that are stored in the archive warehouse and other departments of the Lota Hospital in order to have a removal system , transportand elimination of documents by a company awarded the service, thus allowing new documents to be stored. The purpose of this document is to explain the particular conditions that regulate this acquisition process and to which the relationship betweenthe Lota Hospital and the Awardees, the same being mandatory for the bidders.
