• Products or services: Document storage services The objective of this contract is to have a comprehensive, continuous and specialized service of digitization, classification, custody, administration and documentary protection, intended for the documentation owned by the National Training and Employment Service (SENCE), Regional Directorate of Los Lagos, whatever its medium, format or age. The purpose of this service will be to ensure adequate institutional document management, guaranteeing the correct organization, conservation, availability, traceability, confidentiality and integrity of the information, in accordance with the current regulations applicable to the bodies of the State Administration, as well as the standards technical, safety and quality established in these Bases. Likewise, the contracting seeks to optimize the internal processes of the Service, safeguard the institutional documentary heritage, facilitate timely and efficient access to information. for administrative, operational and control purposes, and mitigate the risks associated with loss, deterioration, unauthorized access or improper use of documentation, thereby contributing to compliance with the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, probity, continuity of public service and correct administration of fiscal resources.
