That the Ministry of Environment - Undersecretariat of the Environment, requires acquiring through public tender, "diffusion of the air quality forecast and awareness of the population in the GEC 2025 period in Valdivia", to comply with the provisions of the plan ofAtmospheric decontamination of Valdivia D.S. No 17 2014 of the Ministry of Environment, in article 58, letter C, for the period GEC 2025.2.That, the service required in the catalog of goods and services offered in the public market information system in the modality has not been foundFramework Agreement, according to the provisions of article Article 29 of Supreme Decree NO661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance.
