• Products or services: Antivirus protection and transaction security software The purpose of this public tender is the contracting of the service called “Diagnostic Service in Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity for the Illustrious Municipality of Negrete", intended to carry out a survey and institutional diagnosis that allows identifying the current state of the municipality in matters of Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity and document management, in order to guide the decision-making decisions, prioritize actions and strengthen municipal internal management. The service must contemplate a specialized consultancy to carry out the general survey of relevant processes, the evaluation of the current state of the Municipality in matters electronic file, electronic signature, digital notifications, interoperability, access management, backups, operational continuity and other aspects linked to the Digital Transformation of the State and Cybersecurity, in accordance with the regulations current. Likewise, the contracting must consider the identification of institutional gaps, the formulation of recommendations and the preparation of a consolidated matrix of prioritized actions, together with the preparation of a base document of Terms Reference for the future acquisition of a municipal document management system. The purpose of contracting is to have technical, functional and regulatory information that allows the Municipality to advance in the strategic planning of its digital transformation and cybersecurity processes, promoting more efficient, secure, traceable public management in accordance with the principles of legality, efficiency, probity and transparency.
