- Important information: Any query must be sent via email to bidschile@unicef.org (please do not use the "express interest" button available on this page) GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Develop specialized content for the protection of the rights of children and adolescents In a situation of human mobility, ensuring the guarantee and protection of their rights and the primary consideration of their best interests. Specific objectives: protocolizing and/or updating procedures that affect children and adolescence in a situation of human mobility, including the income migratory and migratory regularization, the one of income conditioned for humanitarian reasons, that of protection of children and adolescents not accompanied or separated from their families and that of administrative expulsion -for exceptional cases in which this is inevitable -actualize the processes of Management of cases of national and foreign children and adolescents (AS), in a situation of human mobility and subjects of attention of protection systems, contained in the current Exempt Resolution No1861 of 2022, of the SNPE. The above, including the creation of a directed information card to children and adolescents, on family reunification procedures. DESIGN AN INSTITUTIONAL TRAINING PLAN ON THE PROCEDURES LIKED TO CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENCE IN SITUATION OF HUMAN MOBILITY, addressed in the present consultancy.
