Description:
The Municipality of Providencia, hereinafter the Municipality, requires to hire the development and production service for event "Municipal Official Day 2025", hereinafter the "Service". This contract includes the realization of an event, with the objective of celebrating The "Municipal Official's Day", instituted on October 28, through the Single Article of Decree No. 2.118, of 1997, of the then Ministry of Interior. Said the above, it is necessary to hire an appropriate enclosure within the eastern sector of Santiago, with the capacity to receive what Less 800 people (considering the possibility of increasing this number, to the percentage of extension of the contract mentioned in these special administrative bases) and, in addition, that provides the services for the development and production of the event, and banquetry for said assistants. Regarding the date for the development of this celebration, this will be on Friday, October 24, 2025. Offers that consider dates other than the one indicated will not be accepted.
