SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY 3.1 EVALUATION OF INSTRUMENTS OF DIAGNOSIS, PLANNING AND INVESTMENT REGIONAL AND SECTORIALS FUNDAMENTAL TO PROMOTEA public-private agenda around rural development, from a decentralizing perspective. 3.2 Analyze existing regional governance spaces, their strengths and limitations to promote rural development in a relevant and decentralized way. 3.3 Propose a regional model ofImplementation for the PND, to articulate regional and sector investment, as well as governance, defining an integrative and flexible route that guides the management of regional governments for the development of rural territories. 3.4 Validate the model proposal for theimplementation of the PND in a decentralized way with regional and sectoral counterparts.
