Description: The University of Tarapacá, hereinafter "La Universidad", calls on public tender for the hiring of the consulting service for the design of architecture projects and specialties for the construction of the Chemistry building and Biology, in the terms and conditions established in this instrument. The project to be developed will be located at the Saucacastern Campus, Calle 18 September No. 2222, from the city of Arica. It is considered a building of 3,792.50 m2, distributed in 4 areas: administrative, teacher, common and services, for departments of biology and chemistry and decanatura, as detailed: • Administrative area: 543.75 m2 • Teaching Area: 2,550 , 00 m2 • Common Area: 116.25 m2 • Area Services: 582.50 m2 In addition, the following complementary areas are considered to be considered: • Complementary exterior area: 452,06 m2 • Outside amenities: 1,400.00 m2
