Description: The objective of the tender is to renew the current envelope structure, which covers the northern façade of the library building, which comes from the original design of the building and is built based on a copper mesh , which is intertwined in the width of the building by simulating a Andean mantle. Renoving the envelope, is intended that by using new materials, a recovery of the image of this building will be achieved by maintaining the guidelines of its original design, but projecting it as Architectural contribution to the Saucque campus and the city of Arica.
