Description:
That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have a Dasatinib 70 mg compressed agreement in case of non -office of Cenabast for the Hospital del Salvador in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the care work for a period of 36 months. Implement "complementary measures", to ensure the supply of the medications intermediated by CENABAST, before the repeated stock breaks and breaches derived from their suppliers; which, by the certain amount, this tender is located in the section for hiring of those equal to or greater than 1,000 UTM and less than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with article 36 of the Regulation of Law No. 19.886, in view of the fact that therapies cannot be interrupted due to the adverse effects they generate. That the respective consultations, the provision of these goods or Services is not available by Marcos Agreements offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Directorate, www.mercadopublico.cl; which, this purchase is linked to the 1058085-7-PC25 project, corresponding to the annual purchasing plan of the year 2025.
