Description:
San Juan de Dios de Cauquenes Hospital, through this public tender, requires hiring agreement for the supply of optical lenses including crystals and frames with the purpose of covering the demand for optical aids indicated by professionals in the ophthalmological area, both for patients for patients Beneficiaries of explicit guarantees in health and for those in control by other pathologies no GES. The acquisition aims to ensure the timely and effective delivery of optical lenses to users who have clinically diagnosed refractive defects, thus contributing to improve Its visual condition, functionality and quality of life, in accordance with the guidelines of ophthalmological care provided by the establishment. The agreement will allow to supply periodically and on demand, in accordance with the needs derived from the Technical Unit, guaranteeing Continuity in the care, traceability of the delivery and compliance of defined quality standards.
