Description: The National Consumer Service SERNAC, requires the provision of Courier Services for the dispatch of correspondence and parcels, from the offices described within the scope, to the entire terrnational itory and eventually abroad. The Courier service consists of the transport of correspondence of a defined size and/or weight, which must be distributed nationwide, by means of envelopes and/or parcels. Mail must be removed daily from all officessenders of the National Consumer Service nationwide.
