Description: The Central Metropolitan Health Service, hereinafter indistinctly the Service or the SSMC, requires contracting the service of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Air Conditioning Equipment where it is used.laza the central offices of said Institution, located in Victoria Subercaseaux NO381 floors -1, 1,2,3,4,5 and 6; Merced NO280, 2nd floor, north and south sector; Jose Miguel de la Barra NO536, 2nd floor, HUAP Building (DATA CENTER office), San Borja Arriaran Hospital Building (Comiso office) and Cesfam NO1 (PRAIS office), commune of Santiago, according to the conditions established in these Administrative and Technical Bases and their Annexes. The form of this public tender corresponds to those contracts equal to or greater than 100 UTM and less than 1,000 UTM, as provided.or in article 19 bis of Supreme Decree No. 250 of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance, which approves the Regulation of Law No. 19,886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services.
