That, the Hospital del Salvador, hereinafter and interchangeably, "HDS" or "the Entity", needs to hire the Corrective Maintenance Service for the 2016 Ford Transit Ambulance of the Mobilization Unit of the Hospital del Salvador, contemplates maintenance work. corrective maintenance, for its correct functioning and to ensure that the Mobilization unit can function effectively with the 2016 Ford Transit vehicle, operationally, all in accordance with the Technical Specifications that make up these Bases. That, according to the definition of numeral 10 of Article 4 of the Regulations of Law No. 19,886, Service Contract is one through which the entities of the State Administration entrust a natural or legal person with the execution of tasks; That, the budget estimate for this service purchase has been established in the section of those contracts equal to or greater than 100 UTM and less than 1,000 UTM; That, the institution called the Public Tender under ID N1057489-415-LE25, for the Corrective Maintenance Service for the 2016 Ford Transit Ambulance of the Mobilization Unit of the Hospital Salvador, through bases approved by Exempt Resolution No. 3673, of September 1, 2025, however, it was declared void by Exempt Resolution NO4128, of October 1, 2025, in accordance with Article 9 of Law NO19,886.
