Description:
The purpose of this tender is to hire a natural or legal person for the provision of specialty medical consultations, laboratory exams, imaging and diagnostic procedures, with a fixed copayment for the user, for a period of 12 months. Its purpose isguarantee access to health for the residents of the Vitacura commune that meet the following requirements, as appropriate: • Have a public or private health system (Fonasa B, C or D O ISAPRE) • Have a socio -economic rating in the Social Household Registry (RSH) of up to the90%. (This requirement does not apply to people over 60 years old) • Having my current Vita card, which accredits residence in the commune. Constitably, the people registered in the National Disability Registry (RND) will be able to access the benefit. Also, those neighbors can access the benefitthat they are 60 years old or more that are in a state of manifest necessity. In a reason for the above, the health provider (offeror) must be found in agreement with the aforementioned health forecasts (Fonasa and Isapre), as indicated in the technical bases.
