Description:
The objective of these bidding bases is to regulate the technical and health aspects that the transport service providers must meet by air, intended for the transfer of adults, adolescents and children who are on the national waiting list for organ transplant and have been called to the existence of a potential compatible donor. These provisions seek to guarantee a timely, safe and efficient transfer, according to the times established by the clinical protocol according to the organ to transplant, considering the critical margins of ischemia. The hiring process will be carried out by public tender. The transfer service must be integral, covering the complete displacement from the point of origin ambulance patio of the Puerto Montt hospital, to the transplant center, by air and land. This transfer should consider both the patient and a companion, when appropriate, ensuring at all times the continuity of clinical care and strict compliance with the established deadlines. The air transport will be intended for clinically stable patients, without vital commitment to the Moment of the transfer, but that need to be urgently transferred due to the geographical distance with respect to the transplant center, making it impossible to use land transport within clinically acceptable times.
