- Contract a specialized consultancy to design the integral operating model required for the implementation of the subsidy to the demand for the Internet Access Service, in accordance with the Regulations of the Telecommunications Development Fund that is in process to date, which must Include processing processes, personnel profiles and functional and technical requirements for the development of computer support platforms that are required according to the established regulation.
