• Products or services: Construction of civil works These bases regulate the process of the public proposal carried out by the Municipality of Viña del Mar, for the contracting and execution of the consultancy called "PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FISHING AND HUNTING CLUB, COASTAL EDGE, COMMUNE OF VIÑA DEL MAR". This consultancy corresponds to the comprehensive study and development of the project, including the preparation of all the plans and details of Architecture, Facilities, Technical Specifications and respective Reports, as well as the detailed Official Budget and a schedule of execution deadlines for works, all of which is broken down below. The objective of this initiative is the design for the authorization, of the aforementioned facility, complying with current regulations, as well as technical criteria of quality, architectural design and universal accessibility. The proposed layout considers the following main rooms: ● Main Hall / Meeting Room Multiple uses, flexible space for meetings, events, training or other activities. ● Warehouse / Warehouse, for storage of supplies, cleaning materials, non-permanent furniture and equipment. ● SSHH Personal, exclusive health service for the staff or work equipment. ● Public SSHH, universal health service, designed with dimensions and equipment for people with reduced mobility (Accessibility Law).
