Description: The purpose of these Technical Bases is to indicate the technical requirements that the proposal must contain. The Hospital will evaluate the technical proposal presented by the bidder, considering, in addition to theand the other variables such as price, the experience of the bidders, their medical equipment, the technical quality of the bidder and certifications, when applicable. These sub-criteria are part of the formal requirements that the provider must submit, as indicated in theses Technical Bases and their Annexes. The service corresponds to beneficiary users of the public health system according to the requirements specified in these technical bases of this tender. It is intended to obtain the best quality and opportunity in the provision of services toa convenient price. The awarded bidder must ensure that the services provided are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the contract, bases and technical specifications and the nature of the service and in accordance with the provisions of the Technical-Administrative Regulations for the application of Afee of the Health Benefits Regime of Book II DFL NO1 of 2005, of the Ministry of Health.
