Description:
The project consists of the execution of interventions in a sports space located on the side of Route 5, where there is currently a skatepark in operation and represents a large center of sports activity for the community. This intervention contemplates an integral improvement of theSpace, incorporating a Pumptrack for the practice of adult athletes, one for minors, a series of furniture and equipment, paths and everything required in the technical specifications of the project. The work that is tendered in this process, has a minor work permit NO0068 ofDate 27012025, issued by the Directorate of Municipal Works, so it will be the responsibility of the contractor to execute the work according to plans approved by the DOM, the provisions of the technical specifications, are the minimum bases for the execution of the project, being responsibilityof the hired company, the person in charge of verifying the conditions of the land, stock of materials, professionals and work equipment necessary, as well as all the conditions that correspond to correct execution and delivery of the work.
