Description: These General Administrative Bases refer to the "Construction of the Pampa Guanaco multiple use sports hall", Commune of Timaukel, Tierra del Fuego, Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic Region, And soA complement to the architectural plans and specialties of the project. In detail, the work consists of a new construction that as a project considers the construction of 101.58m2 of surface. Works carried out mainly in SIP panel partitions, combined with Metalcon, coatedwith plasterboard, ceramics and regional wood in the interior. On the outside, the use of a zincalum sheet coating defined in the TT is consulted. and on the roof corrugated zinc plates are consulted. Rainwater downspouts and gutters will be installed.
