Description: The main objective of the study is to analyze and develop project alternatives to implement a cable car in the hills of Talcahuano, determining its viability from the private and social point of view at the pre -designer level. An alternative to develop the project at the preliminary level will be selected. From this main objective, the following specific objectives are derived: a) Urban and mobility diagnosis. An analysis should be considered with a socio-demographic characterization of the inhabitants of the hills and address the diagnosis of mobility, identifying the available infrastructure, gaps and deficiencies in the coverage, both of the public transport services and of the infrastructure available for Motorized and non -motorized modes. To contrast and review the impacts and consequences of the diagnosed, the analysis must be complemented by characterizing the current demand for transportation of the inhabitants, addressing aspects such as: the amount of trips, their origin and destination and the modal partition .... - Documents:
