Description:
The initiative consists of reusing a municipal enclosure for the Municipal A parking lot by developing a proposal to reuse part of the facilities.-When there is an area of 40.26 mt2 to generate new facilities, such as offices, Andenes and Accessthat allow optimizing their physical plant and complementing its architectural program that amounts to 375.76 mt2.-The enclosures that will form the terminal, are basically three areas: an area of roofed enclosures aimed at access, public waiting room, hygienic services modules, offices, officesAdministrative and sales sales, with an area of 324.18 mt2.- • An area of circulation formed by three platforms, a maneuvering patio for the use of transport vehicles authorized passengers to operate in the enclosure and in addition to a parking space.-A area of area ofEnvironments made up of Patio de Luz, with an area of 51.58 mt2.-The referential budget amounts to a total amount of 185,306,000, one hundred and eighty-five million three hundred six thousand pesos, tax included. The bidders may not exceed up to 10% the amount indicated at the point2.5 of these bases 203,800,000, to offer for a larger amount, its proposal will be declared inadmissible.-
