Description:
1. The Aconcagua Health Service requires the Project for Infrastructure Conservation Clinical Gase Networks for Llay Llay Hospital, BIP 40050119-0 code. 2. The Purchase application NO35, Office of Parts NO370 (internal NO483), presented by the Requirement of the Resources Department Physical, was duly approved and authorized by Chief Department RRFF, the Deputy Director of Physical and Financial Resources and the Head of the Finance Department, who support the hiring. 3. That, in compliance with current regulations in public purchases, the electronic catalog of Framework Agreement and it was found that the product (s) and/or service (s) are not available in said catalog. 4. That, as established in the regulations, the State Administration bodies must award the contracts concluded for product acquisition (s) or Hiring of service (s) by public tender, when the mechanism of framework agreement is not appropriate, or, exceptionally, through private tender, direct treatment or other special contracting procedure; 5.
