Description:
GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Execute a comprehensive slope restitution project and rainwater improvement in the Lomas de San Jose housing complex, commune of Tome, allowing to give security and compliance to the inhabitants of the community. Specific objectives: • Execute the stabilization solution of the slope located in the sterient sector by implementing Soil Nailing walls, using passive anchors • Execute the slope stabilization solution located in the west -western sector by building a discontinuous pile screen, complemented with anchors permanent post -tensions and a soil nailing wall with passive anchors • Implement a French drain system for the management and control of surface waters in both slopes • Execute the improvement of the rainwater system of the housing complex by the strategic incorporation of sinks, breakage and replacement of affected pavements, and the construction of pipes adequate for the controlled discharge of rainwater in the Leonardo Bustamante creek the locality.
