Description:
These bases are intended to hire the services of an agency to manage the travel itinerary of a representative of the delegation designated by the National Cultural Heritage Service, within the framework of the Gabriela Mistral week in the Chilean Pavilion at the Expo. Osaka 2025 and dissemination of the 80 years of Nobel in Japan. This hiring seeks to cover passages, transfers, accommodations, food or other requirements, as well as possible needs that may arise from unforeseen events, urgencies or exceptional situations, both in business and inharily either in national or international territory, which must be resolved in a timely and efficient way, and that cannot be provided through the current Framework Agreement. The importance of acquiring this service is to have professional support for the purchase, intermediation, organization and execution of travel itineraries, as well as in the elaboration and sale of packages that include products and services associated with tourist airline suppliers, rental of vehicles, accommodation, food, among others. All this in order to make the media available to the representative necessary to fulfill its official functions entrusted by the National Cultural Heritage Service, prior authorization of the Head of Service or the corresponding Headquarters, acting on behalf of the institution.
