Description:
Products or services: Construction of civil works 1.- That the Municipality of Gorbea has as one of its essential functions to promote the cultural, educational and social development of the local community, ensuring equitable access to goods cultural and knowledge. 2.- That the Municipal Library constitutes a public space of community relevance, intended for the promotion of reading, continuing education, digital literacy and the preservation of local cultural heritage. 3.- That it is considered necessary to carry out a comprehensive project to improve the infrastructure of the Municipal Library, which includes the repair of roofs, floors and walls, modernization of electrical networks, implementation of air conditioning, energy efficiency among other interventions. 4.- That the execution of said works will allow not only to preserve the property, but also to optimize the use of the spaces, guaranteeing adequate conditions of safety, comfort and functionality for both users and library staff.
