Have an integral cleaning service in order to maintain optimal standards of hygiene, presentation and preservation in the dependencies of the Seremitt of the Maule region, located in the building 2000 Calle 1 Norte no 963, floor 3, offices no 301 and no 302, city of Talca and thus provide thePersonnel, which in this enclosure is carried out, of a work space in optimal conditions of cleanliness and hygiene. The provision of the service that is hired must comply with the maximum safety standards, both with respect to the personnel working in the dependencies of the Seremitt of the regionof the Maule, as well as of the public that concurs to it, as well as for the equipment and facilities that are located in it.
