- The objective of this tender is to meet in a timely manner the needs of the Regional Hospital of Copiapo and the beneficiary population, which receives health care through this establishment, aimed at reducing a surgical waiting list, with observance of Law No19,886 and its Regulation that provides public procurement procedures, which are governed by principles of free access to tenders, competition, advertising, transparency, equal treatment, non -discrimination, probity and value for money. To meet this objective, the call is carried out to public tender, establishing in its bases, administrative and technical, the set, clear and objective, of requirements, conditions and specifications that describe the goods I am hired and that allow to achieve the most advantageous combination between all the benefits of good or service for acquiring and all its associated, present and future costs. This process will regulate both the acquisition and the final contract, ensuring that the quality and efficiency in the health care provided by the Regional Copiapo hospital is maintained.
