Products or services: Disposal of medical waste This acquisition will be carried out through Public Bidding, as established in the General Administrative Bases (hereinafter B.A.G.), Annexes, Responses, Clarifications and/or Modifications, if the there was Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation on Waste Management from Health Establishments (REAS), D.S, NO 06 of 2009 of the Ministry of Health, it is required to contract the service of collection, transportation, treatment, final disposal and elimination of special waste generated in the different units of the health centers, which are individualized below, seeking optimal service through the application of technologies with the most demanding quality standards existentes en el país. Bidders must consider sustainable waste management both in treatment plants and final disposal in sanitary or security landfills. The B.A.G., the Annexes, the Technical Requirements, the eventual Clarifications, the acceptance of the Bases and the Offer of the awarded Contractor, will form an integral part of the Contract to be signed between it and the Illustrious Municipality of Pelarco, for all applicable legal effects.
