Description: The objective of this bidding process is hiring for a 24 -month period of a “Collection portfolio management system for the Municipality of Las Condes”, which can manage the actions of collection through automated technological software and that has the ability to contact by email, SMS and calls through a mouthbot of municipal patents in order to unify the different mechanisms to optimize traceability and maximize the recovery. The bidder software must be able to deliver online analytical information, through a Dashboard tool with the main kpis of the different campaigns that are being carried out. Additionally, the contractor must support, assistance and maintenance of the software that is part of its technical offer. The estimated total amount of the contract is of UTM 1,000.- Taxes included.
