Description:
1. The need for the Frutillar Hospital to give approval to administrative bases and public bidding forms for the acquisition of "Supply Network for Clinical Gases of Pavilon Frutillar Hospital 2025" according to purchase request No 751 dated June 5, 2025 of Subdirectorate Administrative and authorized by address and finance of the Frutillar Hospital, in addition to authorization by the Reloncavi Health Service by email. Public hiring with the technical characteristics requested; 3. That exist in the market suppliers for the required service to which you want to access and ultimately contract, which have the necessary capacity to carry out the project; 4. That the hospital director is is empowered to enter into purchase contracts with natural or legal persons5.That there is budgetary availability for the corresponding award of the service that is tendered in this act, where the referential budget assigned for this acquisition corresponds to 95.000.000.- ninety -five million pesos VAT included throughout the period of execution of works.
