The purpose of this tender is the contracting of the services necessary for the organization and execution of the activity called "Lo Prado lights up at Christmas". This initiative contemplates:  The realization of a cultural activity and recreational on December 19, 2025, in front of the Illustrious Municipality of Lo Prado, which includes the official inauguration of the Christmas tree, with the presence of Santa.  The estimate of a call of approximately 1,500 attendees, which requires security, logistics and proper coordination.  The maintenance of the Christmas tree until January 3, 2026, with daily lighting starting at 9:00 p.m. The awarded supplier must guarantee compliance with the technical, safety and quality standards necessary for the correct development of the activity, ensuring citizen participation in a safe, inclusive and festive environment.
