- The objective of this tender is the hiring of Call Center service to serve the users or potential users or users of the benefits, instruments and programs of the National Training and Employment Service, hereinafter. The service includes attentionAutomated through IVR prior fingering of RUN, Chatbot Online and care through telephone agents platform, which must be executed under supervision, according to established protocols and quality standards.
