These bidding bases are formulated to establish the regulation of the public bidding process "Complex Biliary Pathology Resolution Service outside the Hospital La Florida" and regulates among other aspects the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the bidding process, its form of evaluation and adjudication, the conditions of the contract and all the aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process.
