Products or services: Administration or management services for urban projects or programs The work whose execution is being tendered is called “IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC SPACE, URBAN EQUIPMENT AND WAYFINDING, GUANAQUEROS”, and includes the total execution of the project that is delivered, including all the items specified in the plans of the municipally owned land, which considers the construction and installation of volumetric letters “GUANAQUEROS” in Plaza Lindenmann, the implementation of totems wayfinding type information in Plaza Mirador, the provision of an outdoor gym with variable weight machines and a calisthenics circuit, in addition to the provision and installation of urban furniture such as seats, garbage cans, recreational tables, planters and pedestrian fences. The works include metal structures with anti-corrosion treatment and electrostatic painting, informative signage, anti-vandal elements and equipment designed for intensive use in public spaces. As a whole, this intervention seeks to strengthen local identity, improve urban infrastructure, promote physical activity and recover community meeting areas, contributing to the consolidation of Guanaqueros as a tourist resort and quality public space for residents and visitors, and any other aspect necessary to comply with what is indicated according to plans and Technical Specifications, background that is published in this tender.
