SIS title and certificate must be attached • Identity card scanned on both sides. • Group group capacity of the pathology and examination to be carried out • The report must be sent to the cardiovascular health program and must be detailed from theExistence of pathology Diabetic retinopathy and specialist suggestion. • Perform examination by biomicroscopy with pupillary dilation with ophthalmoscopy or photographic examination of an eye taken by technologist and interpreted by ophthalmologist. • Derification with interconsultation, if merits it. • Report byEach patient • Education on procedure to be performed.
