- The Commission requires to hire the production and audiovisual service of two institutional videos to: • Make known the institutional work around the certification of labor competences and facilitate their access by the workers of the country.It requires to hire the production and audiovisual production service of three animated videos that allow to share with users and citizens in a simple and easy to understand: • Instructions to access certification through financing through subsidies; • Forpublicize the tax franchise; and • The use of the benefits that are extracted from the recognition of labor competences. The above, in order to comply with the instruction to disseminate the certification of competences and its use.
