Description: The Project consists of architecturally recovering the facades of both buildings, to stop the damage caused by time and climatic agents, returning to the original architectural state of its conception, replacing ornamental elements and coatings, removing non-original elements and unplanned or unconscious repairs, integrating lighting equipment and others that are necessary for safety, and providing protection to its facades based on paints and seals that will help extend its conservation over time, in addition to providing a vandal protection, since Blanco Encalada has been the scene of important marches that may be repeated in the future, all of the above in order to enhance buildings that are part of a historic neighborhood, which are an urban landmark and are part of the image of a public and traditional university with a long history.
