- The present bases are intended to acquire events for anniversary NO261 of Buchupureo, according to municipal commemoration program Anniversary NO261 of Buchupureo of the municipal administrator dated July 31, 2025, the need to acquire event production service for event Anniversary of No. 261 of Buchupureo, for the i. Cobquecura Municipality, in accordance with the requirements of these bases. The proposal will be governed by these bases and other related documents and by the legal, regulatory and technical norms in force at the opening date, as soon as it are applicable. Likewise, the written clarifications issued by the Municipality will constitute their own rules, whether they are required by the same participants or taught by this. The acquisition process will be governed by the mechanisms established in Law No. 18695 "Constitutional Organic of Municipalities" and the 19886 Law on Purchases and Contracts. The Bases will be available to suppliers through the www.mercadopublica portal.cl
