Description:
This bidding event is intended to summon the interested parties, to present their offers for the "Comprehensive Service for the Maintenance of Air Conditioning Equipment in Municipal Units, commune of Quinta Normal 2025-2027". The required services are described in the technical specifications of this proposal. The period of contracting the services will be 3 years (36 months), as of the date established as the start of the services, after the signing of the contract. Hiring includes: a) Monthly preventive maintenance of the 76 teams Air conditioning, includes 1 visual general inspection every 2 months and preventive maintenance every 4 months. All according to programming and coordination with the municipal technical counterpart. b) Corrective maintenance for repair for failures, damage, term of life. Will be paid in order of work according to the list of unit prices of materials and labor. The above according to budgetary availability and then sending the purchase order. c) Supply and/or execution of additional or special works. Will be paid in order to work according to the list of unit prices of Materials and labor. The above according to budgetary availability and then sending the purchase order.
