Name of the tender: Agreement Taking and Reports of Pet Exams - Ct
Description: The purpose of these Technical Bases is to indicate the technical requirements that the proposal must contain. The Hospital will evaluate the technical proposal presented by the bidder, considering, in addition to the othervariables such as price, those related to delivery times, the experience of the bidders, equipment, infrastructure, location and certifications, when applicable. These sub-criteria are part of the formal requirements that the provider must present, according to iIt is indicated in these Technical Bases and its Annexes. The awarded Company must ensure each of the services offered uninterruptedly throughout the term of the agreement. If for market reasons, some of the services offered in this tender are discontinued, the companythat must submit to the Technical Counterpart an alternative with similar or superior characteristics to the award. This alternative proposal must be made formally, via email or official letter. The Technical Counterpart will authorize or reject the product, after carrying out thecorresponding analyses. Failure to comply with this clause may give rise to the termination of the Contract.
